Kookmin Ballet “Chunhyang” presents the combination of Kukak (Korean Traditional Music) and modern music, adding lyricism and dynamic aspects to the dance that are unique.
The symbolic images of the traditional fairytale of “Chunhyang”, lead the audience to a fantastic place and time of love. Kookmin Ballet “Chunhyang”, a National production of two decades with exciting live traditional music, beautiful Korean costumes and intriguing cultural elements will mesmerize the audience.
Kookmin Ballet “Chunhyang” is choreographed by the artistic director and professor of Kookmin University Dance Department, Young Moon.
